Alan is the Chairman of Clean Fuel. He is a British ocean racing legend, holds 37 world records and an expert in extreme powerboating He has powerboated and sailed around the world in both directions and is currently spearheading a new British attempt to break the round the world powerboat record of 61 days. When not on the water, Alan runs an engineering company that rebuilds and repairs gearboxes and engine transmissions for a wide range of vehicles from army tanks to classic cars.
Alistair is the Managing Director of Clean Fuel. He is a communications and public affairs expert. A former journalist, since 2006 he has worked with some of the UK’s leading think tanks, high profile corporate clients and politicians. He specialises in developing bespoke public relations and public affairs campaigns for political and campaigning organisations. His campaigns have helped to shape legislation and complex regulation on areas as diverse as free speech and poverty.
Steve is the technical Director of Clean Fuel. He is an electrical engineer by training and an expert in technical problem solving. Following 16 years working in the defence industry building and repairing military radar and warfare systems, Steve moved into the construction industry before forming his own company developing specialised equipment for deep seabed sampling and data acquisition.
